Changing Planet is a non-religious community-oriented business association offering a safe and stress free environment for adults with debilitating conditions (as defined in Washington State RCW 69.51A), their designated providers and families. We offer a variety of self help, alternative healing modalities, yoga, martial arts and excersise, philosophy, botanical and agricultural studies and other ongoing projects.

We currently offer training in all aspects of the emerging medical marijuana industry taking place within Washington State. Right now, we offer in-house, hands-on training to patients or designated providers on how to grow your legal limit. Special arrangements can be made to teach you in your own home. We are a licensed business (founded in 2003) and our staff has years of experience and knowledge to draw from. We can also provide all the growing supplies, lighting and nutrients necessary for our students and clients at discounted prices.
We also offer training to qualified designated providers who do not have qualifying conditions that can pass a criminal background check and are at least 21 years of age.
Paralegal, notary and small business services are also available to help you create a dynamic, stress free lifestyle for yourself, family and your community.
All are encouraged to develop their full creative potential through the visual and performing arts, science and a high standard of human ethics centered around compassion. We plan to offer dynamic, unique and constantly evolving programs. Although we will incorporate all of the fine arts into our programs, our focus is on teaching through music and video production. Most activities will be open-ended and enjoyed on a walk-in basis.
Changing Planet will be staffed by working artists, botanists, scientists with all structured activities led by master artist-teachers. Our facilities will house an extensive library containing high quality books, DVDs, and other print and electronic media of both fiction and non-fiction for those interested in furthering their knowledge of the arts, science and ethics.
Our goal is to assist others through training, support, information, education, verification and registry within our secure, private database. Changing Planet is open to Washington State residents that present a bona fide need for medicinal cannabis on the advice of their physician or other health care professionals.

We may be able help you find a designated provider in your area of Washington State that can help you obtain your medicine legally. Designated Providers we use are well trained and use only the highest quality strains currently available to Washington State patients.
All funds raised through public contributions and fund raising events and sales of gift items and gardening supplies for the following purposes:
* To keep Changing Planet staffed and housed around the clock,
* To help patients pre-qualify themselves and direct them to the doctors that can best help, (WE ARE NOT DOCTORS)
* Provide HANDS ON TRAINING - We teach qualifying patients and their designated providers as defined by RCW 69.51A how to grow for themselves, which strains can best help their medical conditions and make available all the growing supplies they will ever need at a discounted rate.
* To provide greenhouse buildings, music, entertainment and special event facilities (concerts, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.) onsite
*To provide legal self help information and other paralegal services
* Maintain an active online presence for news, information and promotional purposes.
All non-qualified adults must make special arrangements to meet when no other patients are here. Two forms of ID and criminal background check may be required to come on site.
Changing Planet is currently located in the Okanogan Highlands of Washington State in an unincorporated community called Wauconda (meaning Spirit Water). Our 10 acre property has two ponds, year-round creek and at least two artesian wells, nestled within a nature lover's paradise. The property is idealic for a stress free environment and only needs a few buildings to be fully functional as a year round facility. We are currently seeking $50,000 in funding for new greenhouses, structural repairs and upgrades for our outdoor amphitheater.
We have spaces for RV, 5th wheel or campers. Other campgrounds, RV parks, motels, restaurants, gas nearby.

RCW 69.51A The people of Washington state find that some patients with terminal or debilitating illnesses, under their physician's care, may benefit from the medical use of marijuana. Some of the illnesses for which marijuana appears to be beneficial include chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in cancer patients; AIDS wasting syndrome; severe muscle spasms associated with multiple sclerosis and other spasticity disorders; epilepsy; acute or chronic glaucoma; and some forms of intractable pain. The people find that humanitarian compassion necessitates that the decision to authorize the medical use of marijuana by patients with terminal or debilitating illnesses is a personal, individual decision, based upon their physician's professional medical judgment and discretion.
